Overview:
This role is part of a corporate finance advisory team supporting infrastructure companies, focusing on debt advisory and credit ratings. The team helps clients evaluate financing strategies and navigate regulated markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver multiple debt and rating advisory mandates concurrently.
Build and interpret financial and credit models.
Provide strategic financing advice including market and regulatory insight.
Draft high-quality reports, presentations, and board-level materials.
Monitor debt markets and support new business development.
Candidate Profile:
Several years' experience in debt advisory, capital markets, ratings, or corporate treasury.
Strong understanding of corporate finance and credit principles.
Proficiency in financial modelling and clear communication.
Experience or interest in regulated infrastructure (especially utilities).
Professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) are advantageous.
