Work directly with the Finance Director and engage with C-suite stakeholders across the group, driving financial planning, modelling, and strategic analysis. This role offers genuine exposure to senior decision-making, board-level reporting, and the opportunity to shape financial strategy across a dynamic, multi-entity business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain complex financial models supporting rolling forecasts, board reporting, and capital managementRepresent Finance in senior management forums and contribute to strategic business goalsPrepare executive reporting packs, KPI dashboards, and board presentations for Group and subsidiary boardsLead staff cost budgeting, forecasting, and remuneration cycle modelling including scenario analysisProduce headcount reporting for senior leadership and Remuneration CommitteeReview management accounts, variance analysis, and provide commentary for Executive CommitteeSupport capital modelling and financial management of underwriting vehiclesDrive optimization of data flows and technology-enabled finance workflowsRequirementsQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years post-qualification experienceExpert-level financial modelling capability with ability to build complex strategic modelsDirect experience working within the London insurance marketAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindsetCommercial acumen with ability to communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholdersUnderstanding of FCA, Lloyd's, and regulatory compliance requirementsSelf-starter with tenacity, resilience, and results focusWhat's On OfferStep up into a high-impact role with direct exposure to the Finance Director and Executive Committee.
