We’re looking for a high-calibre Executive Director to join a leading Infrastructure & Energy Finance team in London. This is a front-office, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of originating, structuring, and executing complex transactions across a diverse portfolio of sectors.

The Opportunity

You’ll sit at the heart of a high-performing team, leading transactions across:

  • Power & Renewables
  • Transport & Social Infrastructure
  • Natural Resources / Metals & Mining
  • Telecoms & Digital Infrastructure
  • Environmental & Sustainable Projects


From origination through to execution, you’ll drive deals end-to-end while building long-term relationships with key sponsors and stakeholders.



What You’ll Be Doing

  • Origination & Execution: Lead infrastructure and energy finance transactions from initial pitch through to financial close
  • Client Leadership: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, developers, and institutional clients
  • Deal Structuring: Shape and negotiate complex financing structures and documentation
  • Credit Ownership: Oversee credit processes, including preparing and presenting to Credit Committee
  • Strategic Growth: Contribute to business development and expand the team’s market presence
  • Collaboration: Work closely with syndication, distribution, global markets, and coverage teams
  • Advisory: Play a key role in client negotiations and advisory mandates
  • Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members



What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading and arranging project finance transactions
  • Strong track record in deal execution and client relationship management
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure & energy markets
  • Solid credit analysis, financial modelling, and cashflow structuring skills
  • Experience negotiating complex financing documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing talent
