Job Description

We have direct instructions from a leading law firm, which is seeking to recruit a Corporate Finance lawyer with a focus on Equity Capital Markets at the 2-6 PQE level to join its growing team in London.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of UK and international ECM transactions, advising issuers, banks and institutional investors on high-profile and complex matters. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a diverse client base and work closely with experienced partners in a collaborative, market-leading practice.

The role will involve:

• Advising on IPOs (Main Market and AIM), secondary fundraisings and placings
• Public company advisory work, including ongoing disclosure and governance matters
• Acting for issuers and underwriters on equity offerings
• Supporting on broader Corporate Finance transactions as required.

The successful candidate will have:

• 2-6 years' PQE with solid ECM experience
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Good commercial awareness and a proactive approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage competing priorities.
