Pertemps Network Group is delighted to be supporting a reputable London housing provider in the appointment of a Corporate Health & Safety Advisor. This role will provide strategic leadership, governance, and assurance on health and safety compliance across all services within a large and complex London housing organisation.

The postholder will act as the senior competent person and Responsible Person under relevant health and safety, fire safety, and building safety legislation, ensuring statutory compliance, effective risk management, and continuous improvement across the organisation’s estate, workforce, contractors, and service users. The role includes leading the implementation of Martyn’s Law (Protect Duty) across corporate buildings, public-facing venues, and communal spaces, ensuring robust security risk assessments, staff training, emergency preparedness, evacuation planning, and business continuity arrangements.

The postholder will provide assurance to Executive Leadership, Boards, Audit Committees, and external regulators, and will have authority to escalate unacceptable risks and require immediate remedial action where necessary.
