Elite US firm are looking for a mid-senior Corporate Lawyer to join their highly regarded Knowledge Management team on a 12 month FTC basis covering a period of maternity leave.This role would suit a lawyer currently in a PSL role or a fee earner looking for a change. Australian and NZ Corporate Lawyers with relevant experience and full right to work in the UK are also encouraged to apply.Providing support to a top tier M&A and PE practice as part of a busy team, responsibilities will include:collating and managing know-howmonitoring current developments, maintaining content and communicating to the groupupdating training materials and assisting on the trainee training programmesupporting fee earners with technical queriesTo be considered for this opportunity you will be 5+ years PQE with experience gained in the Corporate practice of a highly regarded firm.
