Corporate Lawyer (M&A / Private Equity) | London / Hybrid | To £80,000

A leading Legal 500 recognised law firm in London is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer (5+ PQE) with strong M&A and private equity experience to join its growing corporate team.

\n\n

The Role: 

\n\n

As Corporate Lawyer you will:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Lead a variety of M&A transactions, including share and asset sales
    • \n\t
  • Manage management buy-outs
    • \n\t
  • Advise on corporate reorganisations and demergers
    • \n\t
  • Draft bespoke shareholder agreements and articles of association
    • \n\t
  • Provide corporate governance advice
    • \n\t
  • Handle private equity transactions
    • \n\t
  • Work independently within a busy team
    • \n\t
  • Take an active role in business development
    • \n
\n\n

About You:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • 5+ years PQE in corporate or M&A law
    • \n\t
  • Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen
    • \n\t
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
    • \n\t
  • Excellent client care, business development, and networking abilities
    • \n\t
  • Confident in advising on complex corporate structures and commercial issues
    • \n

Salary & Benefits:
