Corporate / M&A Associate (Mid–Senior Level) – London


MAP Legal is instructed to assist a leading international law firm with the recruitment of a mid to senior level Corporate / M&A Associate for its London office.

The role sits within a highly regarded corporate practice advising on complex, high-value private M&A transactions, most notably within the energy sector. While experience in energy and infrastructure is not required, candidates must have a strong background in high-end private M&A, including shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures.


Key requirements:

  • England & Wales qualified
  • Minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Proven experience advising on complex private M&A transactions
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, including shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures
  • Trained and/or currently working at a highly ranked, international firm in London.
