Corporate  Legal Counsel - 5+ pqe  - FTC 12-15 mths - London \n\n Our client is a leader in early-stage investment within the life-science and technology sector. \n\n They are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their busy team on an initial 12-15 month fixed term contract commencing by late-August to cover for a period of maternity leave. Central London office, hybrid working. \n\n Reporting to the General Counsel you will have a varied remit including; \n• leading on transactional matters, drafting and reviewing documentation for investments, shareholder, loan agreements and M&A contracts \n• working closely with portfolio companies at all stages of their growth life cycle \n• overseeing financing rounds and exit events \n• liaising extensively with stakeholders across the business and portfolio \n• instructing external counsel and project management \n\n To be considered for this opportunity you will be 5+ years a guide with experience gained in the Corporate practice of a top tier firm and/or in a relevant role in-house.
