You’ll manage your own workflow, coordinate diaries and travel, handle client communications, and collaborate with support teams to deliver a seamless service.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as first point of contact for Lawyers, managing time and prioritiesProactive diary and travel management, including international itinerariesHandle internal and client communications professionally and efficientlyOversee document production and ensure accuracy and consistencySupport business development activities, events, and marketing initiativesMaintain accurate electronic and hard copy filing, ensuring complianceAssist with billing, expenses, and financial administrationIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencyAbout YouExperience within a legal firm is a must, ideally within a Tax or Corporate departmentExcellent communication and organisational skillsHigh attention to detail with a proactive, adaptable approachStrong client service focus and ability to handle confidential informationAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systemsFor more information please contact Jess at AJ Chambers #J-18808-Ljbffr
