An NQ with at least one corporate seat and looking to specialise in corporate work upon qualification or a qualified solicitor with ca 2 years PQE+, although due to the structure of the existing team, applications will be considered from all corporate lawyers with the requisite experience: Experienced in a broad range of corporate law including M&A and/or private equity E&W qualified or with E&W experience Keen to develop your career with a leading team in the South East
