Job Description

We are working with an international law firm who are looking for a Secondaries Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis.


You will be working with associates on a full range of secondaries transactions acting for buyers, sellers, and sponsors.


Key responsibilities

  • Assisting with drafting and reviewing,
  • Assisting and supporting investor onboarding processes,
  • Maintaining transaction trackers and document management,
  • Closing and, preparing signing packs,
  • Conducing legal research


Requirements

  • Minimum of a 2.1 or equivalent at degree level,
  • Ideally have completed the LPC or SQE,
  • Previous paralegal experience within Funds or Corporate in a similar setting.


We are also keen to hear from future trainees who are available for a minimum of a year and have previous experience within corporate.
