About the role:


We are looking for a diligent and commercially-minded paralegal to support two Corporate Partners based in London on a range of dynamic, high-value matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a fast-paced practice that advises clients on:


  • Mergers & acquisitions;
  • Private capital investments;
  • Shareholder & investment agreements;
  • Family investment companies;
  • Pre-exit structuring & more.


You will play a key role in managing corporate transactions, drafting legal documentation, handling due diligence and supporting the team in all aspects of client delivery.

We are looking for:


  • Strong academics (2:1 or above from a reputable university) and either have an LPC at commendation or above;
  • Solid experience working in a corporate law environment;
  • Hardworking, professional and detail-oriented;
  • A genuine interest in corporate law and the drive to grow.


Responsibilities include:


  • Drafting and managing legal documentation;
  • Supporting lawyers through all phases of corporate deals;
  • Handling Companies House filings and disclosure exercises;
  • Preparing client engagement letters and invoices;
  • Using DocuSign and managing digital document bibles;
  • General administration and client file management.
