CORPORATE LAW / M&A / PE / ECM PARTNERS – LONDON

We are working on a confidential growth mandate for a highly regarded international platform seeking to add 10 Corporate Partners in London as part of a significant strategic expansion.


This opportunity is aimed at partners who want real runway to grow, deeper access to international work, and a platform that genuinely supports lateral success.


The Opportunity: We seek Corporate / M&A / PE / ECM Partners (or small teams) with:

- A strong private company M&A practice

- Experience advising private equity sponsors and/or portfolio companies

- Portable business or clear demonstrable potential to build an independent practice

- Solid training and market credibility from a leading UK or US firm


This is not a service-partner role. The focus is building, owning and growing a practice.

Sector Focus

Partners with experience in the following sectors are of particular interest:

- Private Equity

- Professional Services

- Insurance

- Mining / Natural Resources

- Healthcare

- Consumer Products


*Depth in private M&A is preferred. Exposure to equity capital markets or hybrid M&A/PE practices is a plus.*
