About The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation
The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation is a UK allergy charity dedicated to scientific research. Our mission is bold: to make food allergy history. We are committed to understanding the causes of allergic disease, and develop ways to prevent, treat and, ultimately, eradicate it, creating a world where everyone can live safely and without fear of food allergies.
Following the introduction of Natasha’s Law, we are entering an exciting period of growth. In 2026, we will launch an ambitious new research strategy, driving innovation, discovery, and real-world impact. This is a pivotal moment to join a charity that is not only shaping the future of allergy research but also changing lives every day.
The Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising team is growing to help unlock the full potential of our partnerships with businesses. Corporate supporters are vital to delivering groundbreaking research, education, and advocacy, and this is your chance to be part of a team that turns vision into reality.
About the Role
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will manage, grow, and inspire relationships with our corporate partners. This is a high-impact role where your creativity, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills will help generate vital resources for life-changing research.
You will work across the full partnership journey - from identifying new opportunities and building compelling propositions, to delivering and stewarding long-term collaborations. Your efforts will directly contribute to a future where food allergies no longer hold people back.
What You Will Do
Drive Impactful Partnerships
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring every collaboration delivers meaningful outcomes for both the Foundation and our supporters.
- Design and implement creative partnership strategies, including events, brand activations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain clear communication channels with partners, keeping them inspired, engaged, and aligned with the Foundation’s mission.
Grow New Opportunities
- Identify and secure new corporate partnerships that align with our vision and values.
- Maintain a proactive pipeline of prospects, conducting research and managing follow-ups to turn opportunities into long-term collaborations.
- Attend meetings and events, acting as a persuasive and passionate ambassador for the charity.
Collaborate and Innovate
- Work closely with colleagues across the Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising team to deliver exceptional partnership campaigns and communications.
- Bring creative ideas to the table, helping shape innovative ways to engage partners and maximise impact.
- Stay ahead of sector trends to ensure our partnerships are cutting-edge, impactful, and mutually beneficial.
Ensure Excellence
- Track and report partnership performance, financials, and outcomes to demonstrate value and impact.
- Ensure all partnership activities comply with fundraising regulations, data protection, and governance standards.
- Represent the Foundation professionally at internal and external events, championing our work and vision at every opportunity.
Who You Are
- An experienced partnership or account manager, ideally with a background in fundraising, marketing, or corporate engagement within the charity or non-profit sector.
- A relationship-builder who thrives on creating and nurturing meaningful connections with partners and stakeholders.
- Strategic and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering value for both partners and your organisation.
- Highly organised and confident managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Financially literate, capable of managing six-figure+ partnerships and demonstrating impact through reports and proposals.
- A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage senior leaders and inspire your colleagues.
- Passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives and motivated by the mission of The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation.
Why This Role Matters
This role is an opportunity to help shape the future of allergy research in the UK. Your work will directly support life-changing scientific research, education, and advocacy, creating safer, healthier futures for people living with food allergies.
Join a collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team, where your ideas and energy will be valued, and your contributions will make a real, measurable difference.
Why Natasha's Foundation
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing national charity at a pivotal moment in its development. You will help shape the future of fundraising for the Foundation and play a vital role in accelerating research that aims to transform the lives of millions of people affected by food allergies. Working at Natasha’s Foundation offers the opportunity to develop your skills and career in a supportive, collaborative and flexible environment while contributing to a mission that makes a real difference.
