Corporate Private Equity Lawyer (4-6 PQE)

We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within its highly regarded Corporate Private Equity practice in the London office. This is an opportunity to join a top-tier team advising many of the world’s leading financial sponsors on complex, high-value transactions.

The team regularly acts for major global private equity houses and institutional investors on high-profile and often cross-border deals. The practice advises on the full lifecycle of private equity investments, including buyouts, carve-outs, minority investments, co-investments, consortium transactions and exits.

This position is ideally suited to an individual with:

• 4-6 years of post-qualified experience (England & Wales qualified or equivalent)
• Strong experience in corporate M&A and private equity transactions
• Experience gained at a well-regarded City, international or leading national law firm

You will have the opportunity to work on complex, market-leading private equity transactions within a highly regarded global platform, alongside a collaborative and high-performing team.

Salary: £190k - £215k
