Location: City of London! 6 minute walk to Moorgate Station, 10 minutes to Liverpool Street!

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £35,000 per annum (negotiable)

Hours: 7:45am- 5:15pm, full time office based!

Be the welcoming face of the office, greeting all visitors with a professional demeanour Manage phone calls via Teams and transfer them as needed Book visitors through the portal Oversee meeting room logistics, including offering refreshments Maintain a tidy and organised reception areaEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks without getting distracted Professional appearance and demeanour Comfortable using various technology platformsDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Background in construction or real estate is a plus Experience with managing meeting room bookings and office supplies Previous experience in a fast-paced environmentTechnologies:
