Clermont Group are searching for an exceptional receptionist ideally from a 5 star service background (airlines / hotels / private member's clubs) the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate best in class hosting skills and go above and beyond at every opportunity. They need to be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Welcoming guests when entering the premises Concierge and hosting Ensuring the front hall is never left unattended To be the first point of contact for tenants and guests Pre-registering guests to enhance security and promoting the importance of this within the office To work with facilities to input new ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer journey Switchboard services Managing cloakroom Providing tea, coffee, water to arrivals waiting Escorting visitors to meeting rooms Meeting room management and meeting room set up Setting up audio visual equipment in meeting rooms Ensuring the kitchen is kept fully equipped To manage all calls and emails to the concierge desk Taking ownership of every request and seeing in through until completion Managing ad-hoc requests such as transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, theather, dry-cleaning requests, and various others. Refer any significant lifestyle requests to head office to assist, keeping the visitor updated and informed. Having a thorough knowledge of the local area and building relationships with local businesses Keeping a comprehensive concierge manual and providing regular recommendations Creating memorable personalisation at every opportunity Communicating clearly with other teams Hours: Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm or 9am to 6pm
