About Our Client:

Join a reputable international law firm with offices across the world, offering a full range of services to a wide range of high-end clients. The firm boast a number of different Legal 500 departments operating out of their London office, with the Corporate M&A team being one of them.

The Role

My client is seeking a 5PQE+ Corporate Solicitor with a background working at similar level firms in London. Candidates must have a wealth of experience working on a broad range of corporate matters, including private M&As, PE, and capital markets. The London Corporate Team consists of around 30 Solicitors including 13 Partners, and works on behalf of a range of clients in sectors such as media, tech, resources, healthcare, etc. They also work in collaboration with teams in other offices, working on cross-border matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting and leading on a range of M&As, PE backed deals, IPOs, and Shareholder agreements.
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to Corporate matters.
Drafting and negotiating legal documents
Conduct legal research and analyse case law to support corporate strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas and offices to deliver comprehensive legal services.
Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm's profile in the corporate sector.

Qualifications + Experience:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate law.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to corporate matters.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
