They advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers from start-up and first round finance through to M&A, management transactions, venture and growth capital, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits. They also have a growing practice advising listed clients on equity capital raisings on public markets. The team is enjoying a period of significant and sustained growth and you will be involved in all aspects of M&A, VC and PE deals, joint ventures and reorganisations.
