Senior Corporate Solicitor – 5+ Years PQE

We’re currently working with a highly regarded Legal 500 / Top 500 firm based in the Hampshire/Surrey region, seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join their award-winning Corporate and Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to work on complex, high-profile transactions while developing their career in a supportive and ambitious environment.

The Role:
\nYou will be advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including share sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholders’ agreements, and company option schemes. You will also have the opportunity to work with a strong client base across the financial services and accountancy sectors, providing commercially focused, practical advice on corporate governance and transactional matters.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\t
• Lead or support corporate transactions, including share sales, acquisitions, disposals, and group reorganisations
\n\t
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, SPAs, disclosure letters, and ancillary agreements
\n\t
• Prepare and manage shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, and employee share/option schemes
\n\t
• Conduct and oversee legal due diligence, ensuring compliance and smooth transaction delivery
\n\t
• Provide advice on corporate governance matters and support clients across all stages of deals
\n

Candidate Profile:

\n\t
• 5+ years PQE in corporate/commercial law
\n\t
• Strong technical drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
\n\t
• Experience with corporate matters in financial services or accountancy is highly desirable
\n\t
• Proactive, commercially minded, and collaborative in approach
\n
