About the Role Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join this boutique law firm that acts as the legal arm of a wider group of companies, and one of the most active deal makers in the market. In essence, you will be acting as an In‑House Corporate Solicitor on behalf of the group, handling transactional corporate work, including mergers, acquisitions, capital markets and private equity matters. Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of transactions from start to finish. Work on deals typically ranging from £3 million to £15 million, with occasional larger matters up to £50 million. Collaborate closely with colleagues across the group of companies.

Qualifications

1–6 PQE corporate solicitor with experience at a regional or national Legal 500 practice. Strong background in transactional work and the ability to handle complex deals independently.
