The Role We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development. The Candidate You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:
4 years’+ PQE in corporate law Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
