\nTHE ROLE:
\nA new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a Tier 1 rated team in Leicester and work closely with the Partner on a diverse range of clients on a variety of corporate matters. You will be based in Leicester and be expected to advise on all types of corporate matters including reorganisations, private company asset also disposals and acquisitions. \nTHE CANDIDATE:
\nYou will have at least 7 years’ experience of advising across the broad remit of corporate law gained within a leading regional or national law firm. Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise and confidence in managing complex transactions. You will be commercially astute and a team player with strong ambitions to build a long-term career within a progressive environment.
