You will be working with some of the most highly regarded partners in the corporate market and from day one you will be working on some of the most exciting deals nationally and regionally. \n\n \n \nJOB TITLE: Junior Corporate Lawyer \nPQE REQUIRED: NQ – 3pqe \nLOCATION: Staffordshire \nSALARY: £50,000 - £55,000 (dependant on experience.) \n \nTHE ROLE: \nThe appointed Corporate Solicitor will join a team of experts who have established a well-deserved reputation for providing excellent technical advice and well as displaying exceptional commercial awareness. The team act on behalf of a diverse and wide range of clients including multinational companies, international investors and entrepreneurs. The Corporate Solicitor will have the flexibility to decide whether they specialise in a particular field or whether they undertake a more broad M & A caseload.
