A leading international law firm are looking to hire an Associate Solicitor in their Corporate team with a focus in the Energy sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border transactions across a broad range of asset classes within a highly respected global practice.

The team advise on matters spanning the full energy spectrum, including mining, power, oil & gas, and other infrastructure assets. With a strong focus on international work, acting on complex cross-border transactions advising on M&A, projects, joint ventures and financing arrangements.


The Role

  • Advising on private M&A transactions across the Energy sector
  • Supporting cross-border transactions involving energy and infrastructure assets
  • Working on projects, joint ventures and strategic investments
  • Assisting with financing structures related to natural resources and energy projects


What experience is required:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 PQE
  • Strong private M&A experience
  • Excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail
