Corporate Solicitor – Junior to Mid-Level | Up to £80,000 salary + Full benefits package

This forward-thinking firm has a strong reputation for advising entrepreneurs, investors, and growing businesses across a variety of sectors including technology, media, healthcare, life sciences, and professional services.

You’ll advise a diverse client base on a wide range of corporate matters, working alongside highly experienced partners. Typical work includes:

• M&A transactions
• Private equity and venture capital deals
• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
• General corporate advisory

This opportunity is well-suited to a Corporate Solicitor looking to accelerate their career in a firm known for its entrepreneurial client base, high-quality work, and supportive, down-to-earth culture.

The successful candidate will play an important role in advising ambitious businesses, whilst being given genuine opportunity to progress and develop long-term client relationships.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor, ideally 1–5 years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong grounding in corporate transactional work from a reputable practice
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• Motivated to build client relationships and contribute to business development
• Keen to progress and take on increasing responsibility
