1–3 PQE solicitor with experience in corporate law Possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Can manage workload effectively and work well under pressure Driven, proactive, and enthusiastic about career development Thrive both working independently and as part of a team Have a genuine interest in corporate deals and fast‑paced transactional work
