Corporate Solicitor / 3+ PQE / Newcastle Upon Tyne / £65,000 DOE / A new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career

\n• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained with another leading law firm.
\n• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of corporate finance and company law advisory work
\n• Your clients will include owner-managed businesses, public companies, private equity/venture capital funds and banks.
\n• Commercially astute, with the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice.
\n• Excellent advocacy, drafting and client relationship skills.
\n• A proactive and collaborative team player, with an eye for business development.
