\n• An excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join an established team and progress quickly through the ranks with the support of experienced lawyers.

\nThe successful candidate will have at least 12 months PQE in Corporate Law, with a particular focus on M&A work, gained in another national or regional law firm and will be able to demonstrate commercial acumen, with client focus and exceptional communication skills.

\n• You will join a Corporate team that advises clients across the UK and internationally on matters including private equity, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, and business sales
