A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join its Legal 500 London Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Associates looking for the step up, or for established Senior Associates looking for exposure to big ticket cross border deals.The RoleThe successful candidate will work on a wide range of corporate matters, including:Domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitionsPrivate equity and investment workVenture CapitalJoint ventures and corporate governanceGeneral corporate advisory work for a diverse client baseYou will work closely with partners on large cross border deals and corporate matters, as well as having some responsibility to supervise juniors and trainees.
