This opportunity allows professionals to work within a collaborative and high-performing environment, gaining exposure to complex corporate, commercial, and property tax matters.Position ProfileThe Manager/Senior Manager position will play a key role in delivering tax structuring advice, supporting business transactions, and providing high-quality tax consultancy services. This role will involve extensive engagement in M&A and real estate transactions, ensuring tax efficiencies are maximised in both sectors. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and versatile tax team that advises on a wide variety of tax matters, including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, property tax, fund structuring, and employee share incentives.
