About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Corporate Tax Manager to join our Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing Assistant Manager ready to step into management, or an existing Manager looking to further develop their leadership capabilities on the path to Senior Manager.

You will be part of a highly regarded corporate tax team, working with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from large multinational groups to fast-growing mid-market businesses. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and advisory services are delivered to a high standard
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Lead and review corporate tax compliance work, including tax returns and computations
• Provide tax advisory services on matters such as group restructuring, international tax, and transactions
• Support Partners and Senior Managers on complex projects and business development initiatives
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, contributing to a high-performance team culture
• Ensure work is completed within deadlines and in line with firm quality standards

Requirements

• ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified
• Proven experience in corporate tax within a professional services environment
• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
• Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• A genuine interest in developing leadership and management skills
