Reporting to a Tax Principal, this is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal clients while gaining exposure to complex tax advisory work. Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager Location: Hertfordshire, WD17 Salary: Up to £70,000! The Role: You'll play a key part in delivering tax compliance and advisory services, working across a broad range of technical areas, including: Preparation of Corporate Tax Returns. Managing the compliance affairs for a varied portfolio of OMB clients. Advising on complex tax matters such as incorporations, IT/CGT planning, reconstructions, demergers, share schemes, and EIS/SEIS. Identifying tax planning opportunities and supporting advisory work. Liaising with HMRC and responding to enquiries. Ensuring timely filing of Corporation Tax Returns in line with firm procedures. Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
