The Role We are seeking a corporate solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law, specialising in technology-focused transactions and AI-related law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development. 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law, specialising in Technology & AI law. Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills Is comfortable generating work through existing contacts and business development initiatives Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment
