Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and maintenance of cost plans, budgets, and forecasts

- Monitoring project costs and reporting to senior management

- Supporting procurement and assessment of subcontractor packages

- Assisting project teams with cost reporting and cost control

- Preparing valuations, variations, and payment applications

- Contributing to risk analysis and cost strategy

- Collaborating with design, project, and client teams
