The Role Barista Maestro (Team Leader) – 2 positions available, 15 hrs per week contract. As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer. Responsibilities

Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn’t present Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud And of course, having fun while doing it all!

Qualifications

You don’t need previous experience to succeed – just the right attitude and willingness to learn. A genuine love for coffee and people A positive, can‑do attitude with plenty of personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Confidence to lead by exampleThe ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask like a pro
