The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - 24hrs per week contract. Responsibilities

Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud And of course, having fun while doing it all!

Qualifications

No previous experience required - just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. A genuine love for coffee and people. A positive, can‑do attitude with plenty of personality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Confidence to lead by example. The ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask like a pro. Ready to take the next step in a fun, supportive, and fast‑paced environment.
