Through our Therapeutic Alliance, we provide accessible, high-quality counselling for children, young people and families who are experiencing challenges such as anxiety, trauma, bereavement or family difficulties. Our Therapeutic Alliance brings together skilled counsellors and dedicated administrative support to ensure young people can access the right help, at the right time. We offer flexible support including school-based sessions, community-based counselling and secure online appointments. With a strong focus on relationship-building, emotional safety and evidence-based practice, our team helps young people understand their feelings, build resilience and move forward with greater confidence. ABOUT THE ROLE Deliver one-to-one counselling sessions and structured DBT/CBT-informed group programmes for children and young people. Create safe, supportive therapeutic environments that encourage emotional expression, resilience and growth.
