Key Responsibilities of the Counter Balance Forklift Driver

Operate a counter-balance forklift to load, unload, and move various materials and goods safely and efficiently
Conduct pre-shift inspections and maintain the forklift in good working condition
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
Assist with general site operations and support the wider team as required
Demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving

Requirements for the Counter Balance Forklift Driver Role

Previous experience as a 2.5 Tonne Counter Balance Forklift Driver, ideally in a similar fast-paced environment
Forklift operator's license or certification
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
