Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Counterbalance Driver / Yard Operative to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating counterbalance forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within our warehouse and distribution yard. Your expertise will ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate order picking, and seamless shipping and receiving processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are paramount. An in date Counterbalance license is required Duties Safely operate counterbalance forklifts to load and unload goods with precision. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Support warehouse management by organizing materials, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Handle materials efficiently through proper lifting techniques and heavy equipment operation for heavy lifting tasks.
