About the Role M4 Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a modern, state-of-the-art chilled warehouse facility in Tewkesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, hands-on role within a supportive environment that offers structured development and clear progression pathways. Youll be working with modern electric forklift trucks in a temperature-controlled warehouse, supporting the smooth flow of goods from production through to distribution. Pay Rate: £13.00 £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience) Overtime: Paid at 1.25x after 40 hours Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week Working Pattern: 5 days over 7 on a shift rota (MondaySaturday patterns may apply) Shift Start Times: Multiple start times from 05:00 Key Responsibilities Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely across chilled warehouse and loading areas
Check, transport, load and unload goods efficiently
Accurately pick and prepare customer orders using order documentation
Complete stock rotation and replenishment to minimize waste
Ensure vehicles are loaded safely, with goods correctly placed and secured
