M4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver & Warehouse Operative to work for our client, a leading distributor of automotive, cycle, and leisure accessories. This role is a combination of forklift operation and general warehouse duties, playing a key part in the smooth running of warehouse operations. Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:30) Pay Rate: £13.25 Per Hour Key Responsibilities Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload stock.

Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory accurately.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.

Conduct routine checks on forklifts and report any maintenance issues.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements Valid Counterbalance Forklift (FLT) license.

Proven experience operating a forklift within a warehouse or distribution environment.

Ability to handle general warehouse duties, including manual handling.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
