WE’RE HIRING – COUNTERBALANCE FORKLIFT DRIVERS (x2)

Location: Epping, Essex
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour (first 12 weeks)

We’re currently recruiting 2 experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Epping. This is a fantastic opportunity offering long-term stability and a permanent position after 12 weeks!

Shifts Available:

Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00
Tuesday to Saturday: 06:00 – 15:00

Pay & Benefits:

£14.00 per hour (initial 12 weeks)
Permanent contract after 12 weeks
£32,835 annual salary once permanent
Includes £3,000 performance/attendance bonus (after probation)
45-hour working week
30-minute paid break

Duties Include:

Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading goods
Moving stock within the warehouse
Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
Following all health & safety procedures

Requirements:

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-date)
Previous experience in a warehouse environment
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work as part of a team
