Job Title: Country Manager, UK & Ireland - Luxury Wallcoverings


Ideally Based: South East England (easy access to London)


Salary Range: £80,000 - £100,000 + ~£10,000 annual bonus + car / travel allowance + 25 days holiday


Responsibilities:

  • Country Manager role for an international high-end wallcoverings manufacturer that target the global high-end interior market.
  • Their products feature in luxury hotels, flagship stores and prestigious residential projects worldwide — from Four Seasons hotels to Dior and Louis Vuitton boutiques. They work closely with interior designers, architects and premium retail partners, sold in more than 80 countries.
  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day Sales & Business Development in the UK market
  • Develop and execute the UK sales strategy in line with global objectives
  • Personally manage a defined sales region in London with great upward potential
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, retail partners, developers and major brands
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable growth in the London and UK market
  • Lead and coach a team of currently 4 sales professionals (2 direct, 2 agents)
  • Further develop the team based on the market needs and potential
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance and support individual development
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Ireland to follow-up, coordinate and align activities with local sales agents and sales staff
  • Act as brand ambassador in the UK market
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and premium service levels
  • Represent at industry events, fairs and client presentation
  • Provide market insights and feedback to headquarters


Requirements:

  • Must have sales leadership experience working with interior designers, architects and premium retail partners
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Commercially driven with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into action
  • Comfortable working autonomously while being part of an international organization
  • Professional, credible and confident communicator
  • Pragmatic, resilient and results-oriented
  • Cultural sensitivity and ease in working with an international HQ
