You will handle a varied caseload covering deputyship matters, advisory work and complex welfare and financial disputes, helping to deliver genuinely life‑changing outcomes for clients and their families. The position provides a collaborative environment, high‑quality supervision and the opportunity to develop specialist expertise in this sensitive and rewarding area of law. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed The firm is seeking a compassionate and organised Newly Qualified Solicitor with a clear interest in Court of Protection work.

NQ Solicitor (or due to qualify) with exposure to Court of Protection or Mental Capacity matters. Ability to manage a varied caseload while supporting senior lawyers on complex, high‑value cases. Strong client care skills, with the empathy and professionalism required when working with vulnerable individuals and their families. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.
