Court of Protection Senior Associate Solicitor – Reigate and Banstead

My client is a top tier, full service, multi-site Legal 200 law firm, with a high profile private client team and established court of protection sub department. 

It is looking for a specialist COP Solicitor (Court of Protection) to manage a busy caseload complex matters. 

The firm is a panel deputy for the Office of the Public Guardian and the Court of Protection. It deals with complex issues relating to:

• Mental capacity
• Financial abuse
• Powers of attorney
• And advance decisions

We are looking for around 8 years post qualification advising in this area of law and a candidate who lives within a commutable distance.
