The Role

As a Cover Supervisor at Blackburn AP, you will be responsible for overseeing lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. Your primary focus will be on:

Behaviour Management: Maintaining a calm and productive learning environment using the school's established policies.

Student Engagement: Supporting students with their pre-set work and encouraging them to stay on task.

Safety & Wellbeing: Ensuring the classroom remains a safe space for students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

No Planning Required: All work is set for you-you just need to lead the room.
