Link3 Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Cover Supervisors with a background in Business Studies to support teaching and learning across a network of Secondary schools in Leicester.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-set Business Studies lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students remain on task Support students with their understanding of key Business concepts and terminology Liaise with teaching staff and senior leadership where required Create a positive, supportive classroom environment ✅ Requirements:

Experience delivering or supporting Business Studies lessons at KS3/KS4 (KS5 desirable) Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or unqualified teacher Strong classroom management skills Flexibility to work across various schools in Leicester Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) Ideal for:
