About the role: We are currently working with a number of Secondary Schools in North West London boroughs who are seeking Cover Supervisors/Unqualified Teachers to work on a daily basis. No teaching qualifications necessary, but experience in a classroom setting is a must. You will: Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain a positive and productive classroom environment. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in accordance with the schools behaviour policy. Ensure all students are engaged in their learning and complete the assigned work. Provide feedback to the relevant subject teachers on student performance.
